Ottis Coleman Turner NICHOLS, S.C. Passed away Friday, March 23, 2012 at Loris Community Hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Turner is survived by his wife of 59 years, Nancy Turner , four children, Coleman Turner (Gwen), David Turner (Gloria), Melody Edge (Dale) and Chevelle Turner. He is survived by 7 grandchildren, Bruce Turner (Shannon, Hope, Clayton), Brandy Lanier (Shayne, Noah), Jason Turner (Jenifer, Kylee), Candice Turner, Shelley Fiddner (Scott ), Sarah Edge, and Lizzy Edge. He was preceeded in death by his parents Hope and Dessie Turner, sisters, Fleecie Humphries, Mary Branton, and brothers, Vernal Turner, Ned Turner. He is survived by sisters, Eunice Cates, Shirley Powell and Rachel Turner. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 25, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Nichols, S.C. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Meares Funeral Home of Mullins.
